The results reflect the hard work shown by pupils following five years of studies and the support given by dedicated staff and families. We are thrilled that pupils have performed well in all areas.

The Academy saw particular success in English language where almost 30% of pupils achieved a grade 7 or above, significantly above the national average.

In addition, 44% of pupils achieved a grade 7 or higher in Spanish, and there was exceptional progress made by pupils in applied subjects, including performing arts and hospitality & catering, highlighting the breadth of the curriculum.

While we congratulate all pupils on their achievements, some individual performances particularly stood out including those that achieved a significant number of grade 9s, with many going on to study at Forge Valley Sixth Form in September.

John Watson, Head of School at Forge Valley School & Sixth Form, said:

"I am delighted to celebrate the achievements of our pupils and everything they have worked so hard to accomplish. Today's results reflect not only their academic progress but also the resilience, determination and character they have shown throughout their time at Forge Valley.

I would like to thank our dedicated staff and our families for the encouragement and support they have provided every step of the way. We are incredibly proud of every pupil and wish them every success and happiness as they begin the next chapter of their journey, many continuing with us at Forge Valley Sixth Form."
